Carolina Herrera is one of the reasons I love fashion because she and her designs are effortless chic and she knows what silhouette works for a woman's body. I immensely love her Spring 2009 collection. It was definitely about the ruffles and my readers know how much I love ruffles! The colors were scarlet red, yellow, simple black and white and a touch of blue. Carolina Herrera is a Fashion Icon without a doubt!
