Frankly, I have never view an episode of Gossip Girl. I just feel anyone over 29 watching this program is a little too old and really just needs to watch reruns of Sex and the City. I know most people watch it for the wardrobe but I just prefer a more mature program. Never-the-less, Blake Lively looks hot and sexy in this white ruffled halter Ralph Lauren top paired with white Whitley Kros jeans!
